Edwards Commercial Park, built in 1996, is a beautiful brick and concrete Twin Tee building that has won several architectural design awards for simplicity, clean lines, and maximum use of space. The building currently houses warehouses and local businesses at the base of Homestead on Edwards Village Boulevard.
